Wayne Bruce is an experienced automotive communications and corporate responsibility leader with more than 27 years of industry expertise. He joined Bentley Motors in 2019 as Director of Communications, later serving as Chief Communications and Diversity & Inclusion Officer and Head of The Bentley Foundation. In 2026, Wayne became Director of Visitor Experience and Heritage while continuing to lead The Bentley Foundation. Under Wayne's leadership, The Bentley Foundation has developed award-winning global partnerships that align business objectives with meaningful social and environmental impact. Through collaborations spanning the environment, arts & culture and global education, he has helped deliver programmes that create measurable benefits for communities around the world.
