Trudi Beswick
CEO , Caudwell Children
Over the past 21 years, Trudi has orchestrated Caudwell Children's continued growth, developing it from a small local charity to a national pan-disability organisation helping over 55,000 children, and has become an influential voice within the voluntary sector. As a champion for the rights of disabled children and families and a passionate advocate for inclusivity, Trudi sits on the Board of the Design In Mental Health Network, the Children's Activities Association, and the steering committee for building guidelines at the British Standards Institute. She regularly contributes to debates in the United Nations Human Rights Council and represents Caudwell Children on the steering committee of the Children First Alliance to campaign for a cabinet-level minister for children and young people.
