Sally Caughey

Sally is responsible for Capgemini UK's social impact activity which focuses on sharing the expertise and skills of our people to help society to benefit from the digital revolution. She has responsibility for NGO partnerships and works closely with partners including Code Your Future, The Prince's Trust and Digital Unite to help address the potential for a digital divide. In 2018 Sally launched Capgemini's first Coding Academy, in partnership with Code Your Future, to train 25 refugees and individuals from other minority and disadvantaged groups to be developers. She is also responsible for Capgemini UK's wide-reaching employee volunteering and engagement activity enabling our people to use their capabilities, time and expertise for social impact.
