Rick is the founder and MD of RAW, Europe's largest manufacturer of commercial furniture with social value built-in as standard. Over 75% of RAW's employees have walked life's toughest paths to go on and thrive at RAW. RAW also operates, RAW POTENTIAL, a charity that supports over 150 children each year who are facing challenges. Fueled by his own recovery from addiction, Rick is passionate about creating opportunity for people who have overcome some of life's toughest challenges and freeing them to become truly exceptional.
