Kemar Walford

Kemar Walford is a consultant, project manager, trainer, and speaker specialising in organisational development, with a particular focus on fundraising. With more than 19 years of experience, he supports charities and non-profit organisations to thrive and make a meaningful impact in their communities. Over the past eight years, he has helped grassroots and medium-sized charities, social enterprises, and community groups secure more than £6 million in funding for a wide range of causes. He has also worked with the GLA to establish critical fundraising infrastructure for a significant Diversity in the Public Realm Project. Previously, he chaired Black Fundraisers UK at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, an organisation established to support Black and ethnic minority fundraisers across the UK. He also mentored for Sported West Midlands, supporting community sports groups in Birmingham.
