Glenda Bonde

I am currently the Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Terrence Higgins Trust, one of the largest HIV and Sexual Health charities in the UK. I was appointed to the role in 2021 having joined the organisation in 2020 in interim basis. I am responsible for leading on changes that will have a significant and lasting impact on the evolution of an inclusive culture at Terrance Higgins Trust. I am advocate of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion through intersectional lens With a passion for improving equitable outcomes for staff and beneficiaries . I started my career in the NHS where I worked for a decade before into the third sector. I have worked for organisations such as The National FGM Centre and Turning Point in roles focusing on equitable sexual and reproductive health outcomes . In my spare time I enjoy baking, and a game of chess
