Human Appeal’s Winter Wrap Up campaign is a yearly coat donation initiative. The public are invited to donate spare or no longer needed coats to various drop-off locations across the UK. These coats are then redistributed to charities that will provide them to vulnerable adults and children who are in need of warm clothing and coats during winter months. These beneficiaries span individuals who are homeless, those living below the poverty line, or refugees having fled domestic violence. Safestore has been an essential partner for the Wrap Up Initiative ever since its 2011 launch, making their storage locations, staff and resources available as collection points around the UK.
