The project includes: - A Charter to educate organisations to provide facilities men need, complete with a brand, certificates and window stickers, so men can identify businesses with sanitary bins for men - The publication of two co-authored pieces of research into the experience of men living with incontinence, a side-effect following lifesaving treatment for prostate cancer, highlighting the effect on mental and social health. - The promotion of a specially designed larger bin for male incontinence products, co-branded with Prostate Cancer UK. 683 new organisations signed up to install sanitary bins for men, including 24 stadiums during the project period. - Equality Campaigning – project led to Minister Timms encouraging the HSE to put plans in motion early this year for provision of disposal facilities for men by law. - Awareness Raising – the project gave a voice to men; their stories achieved 108 pieces of coverage, reaching 679m and 441 men used Prostate Cancer UK’s risk checker via phs
