New Look colleagues across the country took part in a series of fundraising events and activities throughout September 2020 to raise essential funds for retailTRUST, Teenage Cancer Trust and Hospice UK.
The team at New Look wanted to raise vital funds for their three charity partners so they could continue to support those in need during COVID-19. The team came up with the idea of a walking challenge in September.
The 'Step-tember' challenge event focused on New Look colleagues across the UK generating as many steps as possible while fundraising in whatever way they could. Challenges ranged from kayaking, to walking across London and walking team meetings, through to in-store fundraisers such as the popping a balloon raffle, a superhero weekend and a, 50 miles in a day challenge, from a group of logistics colleagues. Team members in every department got involved in this initiative.
New Look colleagues made a valiant effort to raise vital funds for their three charity partners so they could continue to support those in need during the pandemic.
The Step-tember initiative contributed to more than 57 million steps and raised a magnificent £175,000 for retailTRUST, Teenage Cancer Trust and Hospice UK.
