Remy Chaugny has been a vibrant, energetic and proficient leader of the front of house team at Weil for the last 10 years. His enthusiasm is a breath of fresh air and the time he dedicates to the religion committee, inclusion committee, fundraising initiatives and charity events is always welcome.

During a difficult time in which the demand for front of house staff dried up overnight, Remy galvanised his team to use their skills in other ways. He had the brilliant foresight to share the skills of his team with understaffed departments and reduce the burden on his colleagues.

In conjunction with this, he encouraged his team to become regular volunteers at events and workshops run by the Corporate Responsibility team. Front of house staff selflessly offered their time and expertise to Weil’s Career Development Day for clients of Dress for Success, the Social Mobility careers fair for young adults and Weil’s collaborative internship programme with Big City Bright Future.

His own dedication to volunteering events was truly inspirational as he was instrumental in the Weil Back2School Auction which raised £20,000. He also volunteered with two elderly people at risk of social isolation from charity ‘In-Deep’.
