Posturite employees prove corporate fundraising is a team-building triumph

Posturite

Client: Stroke Association

How would Posturite employees respond to their first ever official charity partnership? The answer was with great gusto! Over £30,000 raised for the Stroke Association and huge enthusiasm generated. 2023 donations to charity were 4,944% higher than in 2020.

With 167 employees based all over the UK, it didn’t prove too much of a challenge to engage the whole team to feel passionate about supporting stroke survivors. We chose a charity which shares our interests and values – good health and the wellbeing of people with disabilities.

Julia Simpson, Partnerships Manager at the Stroke Association said: “Staff engagement is an absolutely crucial part of a successful partnership and the employees at Posturite truly are our heroes. In a staff survey, 100% of Posturite staff said they felt proud that Posturite was supporting the Stroke Association and this has certainly been borne out by the enthusiasm which we have seen in spades. I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing first-hand the passion they’ve displayed on physical activities such as cycling challenges and at social fundraising events where they show a true team spirit. We’re especially grateful to the Posturite staff who have volunteered to talk to stroke survivors on the phone.”
