Every animal in Battersea’s care is fed nutritious pet food from Mars brands at no cost to the charity, saving more than £200,000 annually and freeing vital funds for rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming. Over the past year, Mars has generated a further £190,000 through sponsorship and cause-related campaigns, transforming everyday purchases into meaningful welfare support.

Innovative digital activations reached nearly 30 million people, inspiring adoption and engaging new audiences.

Crucially, joint campaigning has helped drive legislative reform for pet-friendly renting, tackling a leading cause of pet relinquishment.
