Future Workforce
Dell Technologies
Client: The Talent Foundry
After 17 years of delivering engaging skills and employability programmes, we know that the key to unlocking social mobility is a shared purpose in partnership.
One of the charity’s long-standing partnerships that is built on a shared purpose is with Dell Technologies. Established in 2013, together we have reached over 60,000 students in schools and colleges through evolving, funded, interventions supported in-person, by Dell volunteers and their technology partners, as well as fun and challenging employee-led fundraising.
The partnership brings together relatable volunteers who bridge the employment gap for young people, helping to build their skills and confidence, and responds to the need to open the technology industry to those from lower-socioeconomic backgrounds.
The partnership hit new records this year, with two physical challenge event fundraisers – the Management Challenge and a trek to Everest Base Camp, raising over £155,000 (net). This is in addition to increased volunteering across our five programmes, helping TTF to reach 4,600 students and 5,700 people through community projects.
