Using their sector expertise and relationships, Fernham Homes brokered a solution with a local construction firm who completed the work at material cost only.

This intervention removed serious trip hazards, prevented further water damage and restored safe mobility around the site for the adults we support, many of whom live with reduced mobility or dementia. It also safeguarded one of our most important trading activities. Our logs business relies on the safe and efficient movement of pallet trucks. Without the repair vital income lost, protecting both lives and livelihoods.

Beyond the repair, Fernham Homes has provided ongoing construction expertise, including free cost reviews, advice on cost-effective building design and support through planning permission processes. Current examples include guidance on plans to expand our Farm Shop and a new Dementia Hub.
