With clear objectives, obvious brand synergy, long-term commitment and young people at its heart, the multi-faceted partnership has exceeded all expectations. Key highlights include; Domino’es donating over 20,000 (£400,000) of pizzas to bring young people together for a slice of normality at the toughest times of their lives, inspiring customers to donate over £6 million via Pennies, raising over £200,000 in one week via a TV-led CRM campaign, raising awareness and reaching over 100,000 people via a celeb backed social media campaign, launching a mentorship programme for frontline staff and sponsorship of the charity’s flagship VIP experience for young people, at its Royal Albert Hall fundraising gigs.
As well as substantial PR and social media engagement, Domino’s have seen improvements in their colleague and franchisee engagement levels, prompting the decision to extend the partnership several times with no signs of slowing down.
