Emily Formby is a specialist recruiter in the UK charity and not-for-profit sector, working closely with charities to identify and appoint senior leaders who can make a lasting difference. Passionate about strong leadership, effective governance and the people behind successful charities, Emily brings a valuable perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the sector. She is also the host of the *Charity Champions* podcast, where she speaks with charity leaders about their experiences, challenges and the lessons they've learned along the way.
