Clare Lydon

Clare is the Managing Director of Eleven and the driving force behind our mission to use creativity as a force for good. With over 20 years' experience in marketing, she brings a rare blend of commercial acumen, creative vision and emotional intelligence. Before founding Eleven, Clare spent eight years delivering high-profile public sector campaigns, specialising in regeneration, infrastructure and the built environment. She holds a Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Diploma and is an alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme. An inspirational leader, Clare combines strategic thinking and creative ambition with a collaborative approach that builds trust and delivers results. Alongside her role at Eleven, she champions social impact through our skills development programme for care leavers and volunteers as an Independent Visitor for a young person in care.
