With over 8 years’ experience within the charity sector, Adam has managed many partnerships and fundraising campaigns across a variety of organisations within the private sector. From leading male cancer awareness campaigns within the construction industry, to launching large scale multi-site partnerships within the tourism industry, his experience with corporate fundraising is extensive and varied. Most recently, Adam is a Senior Partnership Manager at Macmillan Cancer Support responsible for activating the organisation’s award-winning relationship with M&S and its sponsorship of the ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’ fundraising campaign. His role focuses on how to effectively value and activate a charity’s brand within a sponsorship environment to raise awareness and income whilst helping a business meet its own organisational aims. To support his role, in 2018 Adam undertook a Diploma in Sponsorship via the European Sponsorship Association (ESA) to develop further understanding and awareness of the power sponsorship can have for charities, brands and organisations.
