Dulux have worked with The Outward Bound Trust (OBT) for over 14 years, working to improve the lives of disadvantaged young people. This is a crucial part of their CSR programme, which is designed to help motivate, develop and empower their employees.
Dulux's sponsorship of London Revolution is at the heart of this partnership and has delivered against multiple employee engagement objectives, with fundraising at the forefront. Over 240 Dulux employees took part in 2018, raising over £100k for OBT and bringing their overall total to an incredible £680.000 .
Along with fundraising life changing amounts of money for OBT, Dulux have made a huge impact in increasing the activities of its workforce. 100% of their employees said the event increased their physical fitness, with 74% noting an increase in their wellbeing and overall happiness.
London Revolution continues to be a vital employee engagement initiative for Dulux, making a significant difference to the health and wellbeing of their team, and raising money for OBT. Dulux have shown excellent commitment in maintaining, and in some cases increasing, the fundraising and engagement levels over time, which is no doubt a challenge for any multi- year platform.
