We all know December is the most magical time of year, and Save the Children wanted it to be our biggest December yet for Christmas Jumper Day – engaging millions across the UK to don their daftest, most wonderful woollies – all for a great cause. We turned to our longstanding partner, The Arsenal Foundation, whose like-minded and influential brand allowed us to amplify our campaign. Together, we put a great cause at the heart of Arsenal’s Christmas marketing campaign to drive public engagement in ways that support the ambitions of both brands. Due to Arsenal’s outstanding fun and festive team spirit, the Club was ranked as top social media influencer related to Christmas Jumper Day according to Talkwalker, Save the Children’s social listening tool – helping us achieve a record breaking year. Thanks to Arsenal, we are now closer than ever to ensuring every child has the right to not only survive, but to thrive and go on to change the world thanks to being on track to raise £4.4million – our biggest year yet! Together, we have been able to achieve far more for children than we could on our own.
