Joyce Fraser

Founder & Chair of the Black Heroes Foundation

 

Joyce Fraser is the Founder & Chair of the Black Heroes Foundation, and a Trustee for the Small Charities Coalition. She is a member of the Institute of Fundraising’s (IOF) expert advisory panel on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI); and a member of the IOF’s Black Fundraisers committee. She currently lectures for the Open University Business School.

As an Organisational Development and Change Leadership Senior Manager and Consultant, Joyce has headed up Human Resource Development for Europe for the Australian High Commission, led Technical Training for UK Power Networks, and provided consultancy to EDF Energy, and Transport for London (TFL).

The Prime Minster honoured Joyce with the 1024th Point of Light Award for her inspiring voluntary work with the Black Heroes Foundation, which she received at 10 Downing Street in October 2018.
