How to Enter

You may enter as many categories as you like and you can enter a project in more than one category. Please pay special attention to the following instructions. Failure to follow them will put your entry at a disadvantage.

Entries are online. Please click the 'Upload Your entry' button to the left when you are ready to complete the entry form and upload your submission.

Companies entering the awards must be active in the UK and the work they enter must have begun, continued or ended in 2011.

Entrants should read the criteria carefully and make sure they answer all the questions and take into consideration how the judges will be scoring their entry (please see judging page for further details) Links to articles about last year’s winners are also provided for guidance.
The entry document should not be longer than 800 words.  Exceeding the word limit will count against the entry.

Any relevant supporting material, such as copies of your annual report, campaign materials, press cuttings etc. Please note you can upload the supporting material in electronic format, and/or send it in hard copy form to:

Sensitive information

It is understood that in some cases entries may include commercially sensitive information. Third Sector reserves the right to publish descriptions and case studies of winning entries, but if an entrant asks for any part of their submission to remain confidential, it will be treated as such.

Withdrawn entries

No fees are refundable, but any entry may be withdrawn before Friday 20th January 2012 without penalty.

Late entries

The entry deadline for these Awards is Thursday 9 February 2012. We will make some exceptions to this if the Event Manager is notified prior to 24 January. These entries will incur a late fee of £50 + VAT per entry.

Please note that, if the entry is being made by an agency or consultancy on behalf of a voluntary organisation, it is necessary to secure a client signature. Online, this is simply achieved by supplying the email address of a senior officer of the organisation, which can be used on a random basis to check bona fides. The email address will not be used for any other purpose.

Entry fees

The entry fee is £395 + VAT for the first entry and then £150 + VAT for any subsequent entries from the same company.
