Yorkshire Building Society

Yorkshire Building Society’s CSR team is made up of eight dedicated experts. The Society launched its corporate responsibility strategy, Society Matters, in 2017 to make a lasting, positive impact on society. The strategy was created following research with stakeholders including colleagues, customers and suppliers. This demonstrated that four key pillars of Community, Customers, People and the Environment were important to all stakeholders and Society Matters is built upon them. The strategy is embedded and delivered throughout the business, supported by the CSR team .
